The following terms and conditions apply to the Our Time To Think Slack app and website, hereafter referred to as OTTT.
OTTT is owned and operated by Corner Post Software, LLC ("Corner Post", "we", "our"). By using OTTT you are agreeing to the terms and conditions published on this web page. Please read this page and our privacy policy carefully and let us know if you have any questions by emailing [email protected]
OTTT includes a core set of free features that are available to you when you install OTTT into your Slack workspace. These features include but are not limited to the ability to change your Do Not Disturb (DND) status in Slack by entering a command in a Slack channel like /ottt 30 (where 30 represents the number of minutes to set your status to DND before it reverts to active).
OTTT can only set a Slack user's DND status if that user installs OTTT either from the OTTT website or by clicking the "Join" button from an OTTT message in Slack. Slack does not allow one Slack user to change another Slack user's DND status, so each Slack user who wants to participate in OTTT must install OTTT to grant the needed permissions.
Please refer to the help menu within Slack via the /ottt help command for a full list of free offerings.
OTTT includes a set of features only available on a paid-basis. These features include, but are not limited to, the ability to schedule repeating OTTT DND sessions for members of a Slack channel who have installed OTTT, and the ability to set Slack user's DND status across multiple Slack workspaces by linking their accounts using the command /ottt link.
Please refer to the help menu within Slack via the /ottt help command for a full list of paid offerings.
Payment is only required for unlocking the paid features of OTTT. Payment can be made based on several tiers available on the OTTT website, each of which begins a recurring subscription that charges the supplied credit card monthly or annually depending on the choice you make.
Credit card processing is handled by Stripe.com and no credit card information is transmitted to or retained by OTTT.
Payment details including credit card information and receipt email address can be updated from the OTTT website.
Subscriptions can be upgraded, downgraded, and canceled from the OTTT website. Upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations will be prorated based on the length of your subscription term remaining. Each change will take effect immediately.
Refunds for more than the cancellation price can be requested by emailing [email protected]. We do not guarantee full refunds, but will consider all requests and respond within 7 days.
Credit cards are validated at the time of initial purchase. You agree to enter a valid credit card that you are authorized to use. If at time of renewal the credit card is no longer valid, Stripe may contact you for updated credit card information. If the credit card is not updated within three weeks your subscription will automatically cancel and you will revert to the free tier of OTTT.
To use OTTT you are granting access to the data you agree to provide upon installation of OTTT as described during the installation process.
OTTT will use the data granted during install to perform functions including but not limited to viewing information about the installer, the Slack workspace, and the channels and channel members where OTTT is used.
Any interaction with OTTT from within Slack may be logged for monitoring and error handling purposes.
You can request a copy of your data from OTTT by contacting [email protected]. We will provide an export of your data within 30 days.
You can request OTTT remove all of your data from its database after you uninstall OTTT and contact [email protected]. A confirmation will be provided to you within 30 days that your data has been removed from our database.
In no event will OTTT or Corner Post be liable with respect to anything that occurs to you while using or attempting to use OTTT including but not limited to indirect, special, incidental, or consequential loss or damages or loss of profit, business, revenue, savings, or business opportunity.
Our maximum liability in all circumstances is limited to the fees paid by you to OTTT in the one year under this agreement prior to the cause of action. OTTT will have no liability for any failure or delay due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
You agree that your use of OTTT will be in strict accordance with this agreement, including
This agreement between you and us does not grant you or any Slack user associated with you rights.
